Exciting NEWS! Read along with us this Year. Our one-year Reading Plan includes two options.
Each year Our Church members strive to read through the Bible. If you join in and read the daily suggested scripture below, you will have read the whole of the Scripture in one year! This year (2024) we are offering two plans, the first allows you to read both the Old and New Testament each week, giving you the Big Picture of scripture and the other is a Chronological plan based on when the Books in scripture were written!
We have provided you these two scriptures reading plans so that you have an option as to how you prefer to read the Bible. The first scripture reference plan gives you a Big Picture View of the Bible and is not in printed order or Chronological order, as you follow these references you will move around the Bible getting a weekly view of scripture as a whole, getting the Big Picture!
Each day, the Second Scripture Reading Plan will allow you to read the Bible in a year in a chronological order according to when the Books were written. At the end of the year, you will have read the whole Bible beginning with Genesis and ending with The Book of Revelation.
Or if you are willing, read one reference each morning and the other each night! If you do this, you will have read the Bible twice at the end of the year!
No matter which plans you select, God desires that we read His Word, if we will, He will bless our efforts.
